After five incredible years (though honestly, it feels like much longer in the best way!), we're officially bidding farewell to our one-of-a-kind colleague, Frank, as he heads into a well-deserved retirement.
It’s hard to imagine the TruSeal Boston Depot without him, but we’re thrilled for his next chapter. If you’ve spent any time around Frank, you know he brought a certain... vibrancy to the place.

We’ll miss the daily soundtrack of him singing, often with the wrong words, which only made it funnier. And who could forget his famous “Mary Poppins bag” of tech gear? Frank was the ultimate resourceful guy; no matter the problem, big or small, he always had the right gadget, cable, or tool to fix it.
Frank’s commitment went far above and beyond his job description. He started with us as a driver, essentially becoming a "TruSeal scout" on the front lines, reporting back on everything. He quickly learned and stepped into every role needed, becoming essential to our warehouse management and keeping things hands-on.
There were even times when it felt like it was just Frank and the manager running the whole depot; a true testament to his dedication and work ethic. While other depots might have their 'Derek,' we’ve always had our own reliable, punctual, and organized Frank.

What’s next for the man of the hour? After successfully helping do up his daughter’s house, Frank is finally focusing his legendary DIY skills on his own place! Since he lives locally, we know this isn't a final goodbye.
We look forward to bumping into him and catching up! Frank will be truly missed by the whole team.
"From all the Staff at TruSeal Boston, we would like to wish Frank a long and happy retirement. He will be greatly missed by all the Staff and Customers alike. I especially would like to express my thanks for all his efforts, contributions and help in turning the Boston Depot into the success it is today!"
Happy Retirement, Frank! Enjoy every minute!
