Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver, Trade Counter & Warehouse Operative

TRU Seal Plastics Group is one of the largest independent suppliers of maintenance-free building plastics in the UK.

Our product range includes UPVC Fascias, soffits, guttering, roofing materials, insulation products, flooring products, cladding, windows, doors, conservatories, ancillary items, and much more. Our depot network is primarily based in the East Midlands and along the M62 corridor. We specialize in providing and distributing the very best building plastics to our loyal customer base.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Doncaster depot. This role combines the responsibilities of a delivery driver, trade counter assistant, and warehouse operative.

Requirements:

• ✔ Full current driving license (preferably 0 points).
• ✔ Excellent geography skills of the local area.
• ✔ Attention to detail and ability to work within a small, friendly team.
• ✔ Knowledge of roofing and roofline materials would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  
  

Main Responsibilities:

• ✔ Deliver our range of products in a safe and pleasant manner.
• ✔ Ensure and inspect that your delivery vehicle is safe to drive.
• ✔ Load your own vehicle in preparation for your delivery schedule.
• ✔ Help unload deliveries from suppliers and keep the depot clean and tidy.
• ✔ Serve customers over the trade counter by operating our bespoke software system.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £11.44 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week

Experience: Delivery driver: 1 year (required), Driving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
