20mm & 25mm Jumbo Fascia Boards
Jumbo fascia boards do not require a timber backing board. They carry the weight of the eaves tiles and the gutter and are BBA certified.

9mm Cappit
Cappit profiles are designed primarily for overcapping of existing roofline construction in refurbishment projects.
They are not able to support the weight of eaves tiles or guttering on their own and should be fixed to existing sound timber or suitable backboards at 600mm centres for white and 400mm centres for foiled and coloured profiles.

9mm Cappit Fascia
9mm Cappit is a flat-backed refurbishment fascia or bargeboard for overcapping existing sound timber backing. A square return leg accommodates lay-on soffits. This board requires a timber backing board to support the eaves row of tiles.

9mm Ogee Cappit Fascia
9mm fascias and bargeboards with an Ogee detail for refurbishing or over-capping sound existing timber components. Ribs allow the profile to stand off the backing board. Cappit has a return leg for lay-on soffit and requires a timber backing board to support the eaves row of tiles.

Eaves protection prolongs the life of newbuild installations and is recommended in refurbishment.

Jumbotec
The Jumbotec profile provides protection against 'ponding' which is the process by which the felt begins to sag behind the fascia board and collects water, causing the felt to tear.

Eaves Protector with Ventilation
Ventilation and protection can be provided together above the fascia board by using an over fascia ventilator. This is fixed to the top of the fascia board but is subtly hidden behind the rainwater system.

Building Regulations require proper ventilation into the roof void. This can be done through the soffit for speed of installation or over the fascia to hide the ventilation slots.
