Fascia Board

Fascia board is the structural material that is fitted along the rafter ends at the eaves to close the gap between each rafter, commonly referred to as roofline. It is mounted on the exposed ends of rafters or the top of exterior walls to create a layer between the edge of the roof and the outside.

Traditionally, fascia boards were made of 3/4" or 1" thick timber, but UPVC has become the material of choice because it is maintenance-free and lasts much longer. Our Fascias are the perfect direct replacement board to make an attractive improvement to any home and are especially ideal for new builds. We primarily stock Swish and Freefoam who are leading manufactures in the building trade business, which means we can offer a range of sizes and styles to suit any project. Our range of Fascias offer a variety of choice in colour and woodgrain finishes; all of which are compatible with various types of Soffit. We offer an manufacturer backed extended guarantee when installed by an improved installer.

Special Notice: We also offer a full take off service.

Provide use with your architect's drawings and we will estimate your requirements for your fascia, soffit, guttering, windows, doors, roofing and work out exactly what you need which saves you valueable time.

      Swish Kayflow Guttering & Drainage

Swish Rainwater Systems and Drainage Systems are ideal for those who wish to specify quality products that have a reduced carbon footprint.

Swish Rainwater systems are unique in the UK, they contain a high proportion of post consumer recycled PVC.

Approximately, by weight 84% of gutters and pipes are composed of recycled material that is derived from old PVC windows and gutter systems. These have been removed from buildings when being refurbished or demolished, the production of PVC components from recycled material requires a fraction of the energy needed to manufacture virgin PVC. Approximately 70% saving in CO2 output is made during the production of Swish gutter and pipe profiles, compared to production of 100% virgin material.

Swish Rainwater Systems are designed for application in most domestic and light commercial properties throughout the UK. Information to assist the specification of swish gutter systems are available in the ➦ Swish Rainwater Design and Installation Guide.

                      Over Fascia Ventilation

Where a ‘clean’ soffit is required use an Over Fascia Ventilator or a Vented Eaves Protector, fixed securely to the top of the fascia board.

The Vented Eaves Protector eradicates ‘ponding’ which may occur behind the fascia board where the sarking felt can sag. This provides a continuous 10mm air path.

                      Through Fascia Ventilation

Polo™ ventilated soffit boards provide the equivalent of a continuous 10mm or 25mm air path as required.

Strip ventilators allow additional or alternative means of ventilation to the roof void. These are designed to fit Swish 9mm GeePee™ soffits and are available in both 10mm and 25mm configurations.

                      Boston Manager: Tony Thayne

I have been with Truseal since the acquisition of the old Trade Windows Factory and Trade Counter in July 2019, where I worked as Manager for 10 years.

Before this I was employed as the Warehouse Manger for Building & Plastic Supplies for 5 years. We inherited quite a substantial Customer Base, which we have continued to serve successfully. I am particularly pleased with the friendly atmosphere and high level of service we provide, which I think has greatly contributed to the increase in sales and has allowed this Customer base to grow.

                      Our Family

Family values run throughout our workforce..truseal family

Over the years we’ve built a solid team and workforce with some staff that have been with us for over 25 years. This is because we offer a work environment that’s friendly, happy and where our employees feel like part of the family.

We invest time and energy into our team by offering onsite training. We employ with career progression in mind and don’t overlook anyone who has the correct work ethic to ensure they’re fulfilled in their day to day work which helps us to maintain a family feel throughout the whole company.

Our family workforce has expanded progressivly over the last 8 years as we now employ over 100 members of staff. We started out with just 4 trade depots back in 1997 and now have 15+ trade counters across the country; Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Yorkshire, Staffordshire and Greater Manchester, all with a sizable sales team highly qualified at doing what they do.

                      A company we're proud of

We pride ourselves on happy, hardworking team members, exponential sales experience, a growing marketing team and strong accounts department

We’re proud to say we feel our sales team is the best in the industry; our talent has worked for large national manufacturing companies to smaller independent local building trade businesses. We utilise all of this experience, nurtured talent, work ethic and put it all under one umbrella which forms a great recipe for a thriving family company; TruSeal Plastics Group. Our team members work hard on a daily basis and have contributed to the growth of a building trade company that we’re all very proud of.

                      Dedicated workforce

                      Dedicated workforce

We invest in our team, and they invest in us which is why no one is overlooked or taken for granted. The workforce at TruSeal understand our commitment to client service which is why we always go the extra mile. Before quoting, we like to understand our clients’ needs, rather than issue a quote for 8000 products, we ask for client feedback, to ensure that we’re offering them the best possible products and the best possible prices.
                      One to one Client Service

                      One to one Client Service

All of our depot managers and trade counter staff have vast knowledge of how to install products. So if you’re from the DIY market and wonder how you’re going to fix that cladding, or taking on a home build project then we’re here to offer advice and guidance. You can pick up the phone and call us, or just ask behind the trade counter when you visit, we’ll point you in the right direction and put you on track.
