Fascia Board
Fascia board is the structural material that is fitted along the rafter ends at the eaves to close the gap between each rafter, commonly referred to as roofline. It is mounted on the exposed ends of rafters or the top of exterior walls to create a layer between the edge of the roof and the outside.
Traditionally, fascia boards were made of 3/4" or 1" thick timber, but UPVC has become the material of choice because it is maintenance-free and lasts much longer. Our Fascias are the perfect direct replacement board to make an attractive improvement to any home and are especially ideal for new builds. We primarily stock Swish and Freefoam who are leading manufactures in the building trade business, which means we can offer a range of sizes and styles to suit any project. Our range of Fascias offer a variety of choice in colour and woodgrain finishes; all of which are compatible with various types of Soffit. We offer an manufacturer backed extended guarantee when installed by an improved installer.

Swish Kayflow Guttering & Drainage
Swish Rainwater Systems and Drainage Systems are ideal for those who wish to specify quality products that have a reduced carbon footprint.
Swish Rainwater systems are unique in the UK, they contain a high proportion of post consumer recycled PVC.
Approximately, by weight 84% of gutters and pipes are composed of recycled material that is derived from old PVC windows and gutter systems. These have been removed from buildings when being refurbished or demolished, the production of PVC components from recycled material requires a fraction of the energy needed to manufacture virgin PVC. Approximately 70% saving in CO2 output is made during the production of Swish gutter and pipe profiles, compared to production of 100% virgin material.
Swish Rainwater Systems are designed for application in most domestic and light commercial properties throughout the UK. Information to assist the specification of swish gutter systems are available in the ➦ Swish Rainwater Design and Installation Guide.

Swish Soffit Board
Although soffits are not a standout feature on your house they do play a crucial role in securing your home.
Soffit boards fit between the fascia and wall of your house, they're less exposed to the weather but we have taken every precaution to ensure our soffits are weather proof, long lasting and put a finishing seal between your walls and roofline. Sizes range from 605mm to 100mm in both white and different coloured options. ➦ Click for details.
Over Fascia Ventilation
Where a ‘clean’ soffit is required use an Over Fascia Ventilator or a Vented Eaves Protector, fixed securely to the top of the fascia board.
The Vented Eaves Protector eradicates ‘ponding’ which may occur behind the fascia board where the sarking felt can sag. This provides a continuous 10mm air path.
Through Fascia Ventilation
Polo™ ventilated soffit boards provide the equivalent of a continuous 10mm or 25mm air path as required.
Strip ventilators allow additional or alternative means of ventilation to the roof void. These are designed to fit Swish 9mm GeePee™ soffits and are available in both 10mm and 25mm configurations.
